There comes a point in life when you begin to question things.
Not because life is falling apart or you need fixing.
But because something no longer feels quite right.
You start to wonder:
What do I want now?
What matters most?
What would I love more of?
Who am I becoming?
I know those questions well.
Over the years, I have moved to France, found love, renovated our home, redesigned my business, started writing books and embarked on a health journey of my own.
Looking back, I realised that every big change started in the same place.
I got clear about what I wanted and who I wanted to be.
Then I started taking small daily steps towards creating a life that felt more like my own.
Jane’s Journal is where I share that journey.
The lessons.
The challenges.
The wins.
The projects.
And the small daily steps that are helping me create a life I love living.
Each week you will find reflections, stories and behind-the-scenes glimpses of life in France, Project 28, writing books, finding love later in life, redesigning a business and creating a home and lifestyle that fits.
Sometimes it is a lesson.
Sometimes it is a question.
Sometimes it is simply a thought I cannot quite ignore.
If you are a midlife woman who is ready for a new chapter, you are very welcome here.
Join me for weekly inspiration, real-life stories and gentle encouragement as we create lives we love living.
Step back. Simplify. Redesign.
